SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Parlor Room Goods & Services, uses USPS Priority, Ups and FedEx to get your goods to you as quickly and economically as possible. I ship on Wednesdays.  So, orders typically ship within 3-5 days of purchasing. Mug Club orders ship quarterly. See product description for schedule.

 

You may also choose to pick up goods from the studio and forgo the shipping and handling costs.  Studio pickup is by appointment only.

If you have special shipping needs or requests, please reach out before purchase to confirm whether I will be able to accommodate such requests. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Parlor Room Goods & Services, I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products. All of the pieces have a unique story and character. It is important to me that your are happy with your purchase!

 

Parlor Room's Return Policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY. Only for use with Goods and not services. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Purchases Eligible for Return:

-Must be in new condition and not show signs of wear and tear

-Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

-Must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt)

-Pieces must arrive undamaged; Parlor Room is not responsible for items damaged by return shipping

Not Eligible for Return:

-Clearance and Seconds Sale are final and not eligible for return

-Custom Items are not eligible for return

-Shipping and Processing Fees are non-refundable

Damaged Items:

I am happy to replace items that were damaged in shipping with the following parameters:

-Contact me at info@parlorroomgoods.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items, packaging, and box
